I fitted the first one today and will fit the others next week. I took some photos, which I will forward to you when the project is completed. We had a 'couple of hiccups' fitting it as our reveal - although the size given was correct - was slightly out of square. However we soon overcame this problem and were able to install it OK. I managed to drill the lock plate and manually operate the door opening latch and finally open the door to remove the old one, and the new one you sent fitted perfectly to the extent that it is better than when it was new. There was a difference in the length and type between the new and old parts but it fitted in a similar position having to drill new holes ( which wasn’t a problem ) and now we can eventually open and close the doors just in time for the summer months ! So once again thank you for your after sales service, it helped me out immensely. Best regards Andy Palmer Thanks for the prompt and very efficient service. One slight snag though, I thought I had ordered the full glazed charcoal effect, I received a half glazed, although I am pleased with the one I received as it looks good. I would send some images of the before and after but my camera is knackered! It is the first time I have ever replaced an exterior door. The installation was easy with a few minor adjustments of the locking mechanism. I now have a kitchen door I am not embarrassed to bring people through. Thanks again for the excellent service. This goes without saying that I have had a few problems with somethings I have bought. But can I say this, your company has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, even with the slight mix up.
